We are a small company and are personally involved with your project every day from the beginning of plan selection, to site analysis, through the construction process and eventually through the punch-out. You have access to every bill and invoice that affects your job; our books are open for your review at any time.

In addition to custom homes for the end user, we build homes for investors as well. Typically, the investor has identified the lot and contracts with us to build a house. For those who invest in real estate, this is an attractive avenue to expand their investment options.
