At Landmark Builders Group, we take a structured approach to building a house.  We’ve broken down the many tasks into six phases.  Prior to the start of each phase, there are custom selections that will be identified before our work can begin, such as type of trim, cabinet layout and design, appliances, etc. Our process typically takes about 6 months from the time we begin laying the foundation.
